Please read our shipping policy below to understand how your order is processed, charged, and delivered.

1. Shipping Scope

  • Domestic: We ship to all valid residential and commercial addresses across India.

  • International: We ship worldwide to major international destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Australia, and Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our support team.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders (Within India):

    • Orders of ₹2,000 and above: FREE Shipping.

    • Orders below ₹2,000: A flat shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied at checkout.

  • International Orders:

    • International shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and destination country.

3. Order Processing & Handling Time

Because we specialize in unique and customized items, our warehouse processing times apply to both domestic and international orders:

  • Standard/Ready-made Items: Processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

  • Customized / Personalised Items: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for custom design, printing, production, and quality checking before dispatch.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (IST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

4. Transit & Delivery Time

Once your package is handed over to our international and national courier partners (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Delhivery), the transit windows are as follows:

  • Domestic (India): 3 to 7 business days.

  • International Delivery: 7 to 15 business days (depending on destination country and customs clearance processes).

Total estimated delivery time for international orders (Handling + Transit) ranges from 10 to 20 business days.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and carrier brokerage fees levied by the destination country.

  • Rolikart does not collect these fees at checkout. * All customs clearance charges, import duties, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient/customer and must be paid upon delivery to clear customs.

6. Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, a shipping confirmation email and SMS/WhatsApp notification will be sent to you containing your unique tracking link and carrier details (such as FedEx or DHL). You can track your package in real-time until it arrives at your doorstep.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take utmost care in packaging our products securely for long-distance transit. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please follow these steps:

  1. Do not accept the delivery, or clearly note the damage on the courier delivery sheet before signing.

  2. Take clear photographs or a short video while unboxing the damaged package.

  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our support channels below so we can rapidly arrange a solution.
