1. Return Window

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You must provide the original receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

3. Customized & Personalised Items

Please note that Customized / Personalised items (such as products engraved with names, custom-printed items, or bespoke designs) are made specifically to your order specifications.

  • Standard Returns: We cannot accept standard returns or change-of-mind refunds for customized items.

  • Exceptions: If your customized item arrives damaged during transit, defective, or with a manufacturing error (e.g., spelling mistake made by us), we will gladly send a 100% free replacement or issue a full refund. Please contact us with unboxing proof within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: If you are returning an item because it arrived broken, defective, or we shipped the wrong product, Rolikart will bear 100% of the return shipping costs. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

  • Customer Change of Mind / Incorrect Choice: If you are returning a standard (non-customized) item due to a change of mind or ordering the incorrect size/variant, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or replacement process:

  2. Provide your Order ID and clear photographs/videos showing the issue (especially if the product is damaged or defective).

  3. Once our team approves your request, we will share the return instructions and schedule a pickup or provide the return shipping address.

6. Refund Process & Timelines

Once your return package is received at our facility and inspected by our quality assurance team:

  • We will notify you via email/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The refund will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, NetBanking, or UPI).

  • Refund Timeline: It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or card statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing cycles.
