At Rolikart (https://www.rolikart.com), we understand that plans can change. We aim to make our cancellation process as fair and straightforward as possible for both standard and customized orders.

Please read our cancellation rules below:

1. Cancelling Standard (Ready-Made) Items

  • You can cancel an order for standard, non-customized items at any time before the order is dispatched from our facility.
  • To cancel, please contact us immediately via email at support@rolikart.com or by phone at +1 212-650-3262 with your Order ID.
  • Once the cancellation is processed, a full 100% refund will be automatically issued back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Note: If the order has already been shipped and handed over to our courier partners, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and initiate a standard return under our Return and Refund Policy.

2. Cancelling Customized / Personalised Items

Because customized and personalized products (e.g., custom engravings, nameplates, personalized gifts) are crafted uniquely for you, our cancellation window is limited:

  • You may cancel a customized order within 12 hours of placing it.
  • After 12 hours, our design and production teams begin the customization process, and materials are permanently used. Therefore, cancellations cannot be accepted after 12 hours for personalized products.

3. Cancellations by Rolikart

We reserve the right to cancel an order under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • The item being out of stock or completely unavailable.
  • Inaccuracies or obvious errors in product descriptions or pricing.
  • Security alerts or suspected fraudulent activities detected by our payment gateways.

If Rolikart cancels your order, you will be notified immediately via email/SMS, and a 100% full refund will be credited back to your account within 5 to 7 business days.
