At Rolikart, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to deliver quality products you’ll love, we understand that returns and refunds may sometimes be necessary. This policy outlines our return and refund process in a clear, customer-friendly manner.


1. Return Policy – Physical Products Only

We accept returns for physical products only. Rolikart does not sell digital products, and as such, this policy applies exclusively to physical goods purchased through our website.

Return Duration

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • All tags, manuals, and accessories must be included

  • You must provide valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • The return request must be submitted within the 7-day window

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Personal care products (e.g., razors, toothbrushes, skincare)

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@rolikart.com within 7 days of receiving your item

    • Include your order number and the reason for the return

  2. Receive Return Instructions

    • Our support team will review your request and provide the return authorization and the return warehouse address

  3. Ship the Item

    • Repack the item securely and ship it using a trackable courier

    • Clearly label the package with your order number

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered defective or incorrect. We currently do not offer pre-paid return labels.


3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Mode

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refund Eligibility

  • Approved Returns: Full or partial refund (excluding shipping fees) for items meeting return conditions

  • Rejected Returns: Items showing signs of use, damage, or returned after the 7-day period will not be refunded

Important: Always use a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us at support@rolikart.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of:

    • The damaged/incorrect product

    • Packaging

    • Any visible issues

Based on availability and your preference, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Physical Products: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase, provided it has not yet been shipped.

  • Orders cannot be canceled after they are dispatched.


6. Return Address

The return shipping address will be provided only after your return request has been approved.

Do not send items without authorization — unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
