---1. 30-Day Return Window
We gladly accept returns for all eligible products within **30 days** from the date your order was delivered, as confirmed by the courier tracking.
Eligibility Requirements:
- **Timeframe:** Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- **Condition:** Items must be **unused, unwashed**, and in the same condition that you received them.
- **Packaging:** Items must be in their **original packaging** with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- **Proof:** A receipt or valid proof of purchase (Order Number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards.
- Personal care, health, or intimate items (for hygiene reasons).
- Personalized or customized products.
- Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale."
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- **Contact Us:** Email us at **SUPPORT@ROLIKART.COM** with your **Order Number** and the reason for the return.
- **Authorization:** We will respond within **2 business days** with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
- **Ship Item:** Securely package your item and ship it to the address provided.
3. Shipping Costs and International Returns
Return Shipping Costs:
- **Our Error (Defective or Wrong Item):** If the return is a result of our error (item is damaged, defective, or incorrect), Rolikart will **provide a prepaid return label** and cover the return shipping costs.
- **Buyer's Remorse (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered):** The customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping.
International Returns:
For orders shipped outside the USA:
- **Customs Declaration:** You must clearly mark the package as **"Returned Goods - No Commercial Value"** to avoid delays and unexpected import fees.
- **Duties & Taxes:** The customer is responsible for any duties, customs, or taxes incurred during the return shipment back to our facility (unless the return is due to a Rolikart error).
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- **Approval:** If approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- **Refund Timeline:** Please allow **5-10 business days** for the refund to be fully reflected in your bank or credit card statement after we notify you of the approval.
- **Partial Refunds:** Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
