1. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order free of charge under the following conditions:

  • **Before Shipment:** If your order has not yet been processed for shipment (usually before **1 PM EST** on the day of order), you may request a full cancellation and receive a 100% refund.
  • **Cancellation Request:** To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order number via email or phone.

Once an order has been marked as "Shipped," it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return (see Section 2).

2. Return Policy (30-Day Guarantee)

We accept returns for all eligible products within **30 days** from the date the order was delivered to you (as confirmed by the courier tracking).

Eligibility Conditions:

  • **Condition:** Items must be **unused, unwashed**, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • **Packaging:** Items must be in their **original packaging** with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • **Proof of Purchase:** A receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions):

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Personal care and intimate items (for hygiene reasons).
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

Return Shipping Costs:

  • **Rolikart Error (Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item):** Rolikart will provide a prepaid return label and **cover all return shipping costs.**
  • **Buyer's Remorse (e.g., wrong size, no longer wanted):** **The customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping.**

3. Domestic (USA) vs. International Returns

USA Domestic Returns:

Returns originating within the USA are processed to our US warehouse. We will provide clear, simple instructions upon request authorization.

International Returns:

For orders shipped outside the USA, the same **30-day return window** applies. The customer must:

  • **Clearance:** Clearly mark the package as **"Returned Goods - No Commercial Value"** to avoid delays and charges at customs.
  • **Duties & Taxes:** Be responsible for any duties, customs, or taxes incurred during the return shipment back to our facility (unless the return is due to a Rolikart error).
  • **Tracking:** Use a traceable shipping service. Rolikart is not responsible for international returns lost in transit.

4. Refund Processing Time

Initiating a Return/Refund:

  1. **Contact Us:** Email us at **SUPPORT@ROLIKART.COM** with your **Order Number** and the reason for the return.
  2. **Authorization:** We will respond within **2 business days** with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
  3. **Ship Item:** Send the item back to the address provided.

Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.
  • **Refund Timeline:** Please allow **5-10 business days** for the refund to be reflected in your bank or credit card statement after we notify you of the approval.
